Main Job Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

  • Create local partnerships with organizations that support efforts to challenge and overcome racism. Collaborate with local organizations to promote company hiring initiatives that appeal to diverse applicants.
  • Run point and attend all open calls and career fairs.

  • Roll out Applicant Tracking System and ensure ongoing utilization for streamlined, efficient recruitment process.
  • Implement online exit interview and use data to better understand employee retention issues.
  • Create monthly turnover report and communicate with leadership to assist with retention ideas.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
  • Must have experience in recruiting, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of and an appreciation for a wide spectrum of inclusion and diversity topics, issues and sensitivities, why this work matters inside and outside of the workplace and how it drives an employee experience.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
